We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented GRP/Steel Fabricators to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with both GRP and steel materials, interpreting technical drawings, and assembling components to precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Cut, shape, and assemble GRP and steel components using tools such as grinders, shears, welding machines, and hand tools.
Perform laminating, molding, and finishing processes for GRP parts.
Weld and fabricate steel structures including frames, supports, and enclosures.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in GRP and/or steel fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Skilled in welding, grinding, and use of fabrication tools.
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
Physical stamina and attention to detail.
Vocational training or certification in fabrication or welding is a plus.
