to join our pole manufacturing factory. The candidate will be responsible for cutting, assembling, and welding metal components used in the production of lighting poles and related structures. The role requires precision, technical ability, and a commitment to safety and quality in every stage of fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
Cut, bend, and assemble metal parts for lighting poles and other steel structures.
Perform welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) and grinding to ensure smooth and accurate finishes.
Use fabrication tools and machinery such as cutters, grinders, and measuring instruments safely and efficiently.
Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet required dimensions and quality standards.
Work closely with the production and quality teams to maintain daily targets.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Report material shortages, machine issues, or defects to the supervisor immediately.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of fabrication experience in a metal or pole manufacturing factory.
Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
Skilled in welding, cutting, and metal assembly work.
Familiar with fabrication tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Physically fit and able to handle manual work in a factory environment.
Willing to work long hours or shifts if required.
Team player with strong attention to detail and quality.
