Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, equipment, and machinery components.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for fabrication projects.
Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and other metalworking techniques to modify and repair equipment.
Ensure the structural integrity and proper functioning of fabricated components.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime in production.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimise fabrication solutions.
Material Preparation and Assembly: -Prepare materials by cutting, shaping, and assembling components to create the desired signage structure.
Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and durability of signage during the fabrication process.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished signs to verify they meet design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
Address any defects or discrepancies during fabrication or installation.
Required Qualifications:
Educational: - High school diploma or equivalent; certification in fabrication, welding, or related fields is an advantage.
Experience: - Min 2-5 Years of proven experience as a Fabricator in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in operating fabrication tools and machinery, such as CNC routers, laser cutters, and plotters.
Good understanding of technical drawings and measurement techniques.
