Job Description

Below are the mandatory requirements :

1. Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Oil & Gas industry 2. Offshore experience preferred 3. Minimum 3 5 Shutdown experience 4. Age : 25 to 42 years

Responsibilities: Knowledge of different materials for fabrication such as CS, SS, CuNi etc. Knowledge of the different Pipe Grades and Structural Grades Minimum knowledge of the QC related Documents related to Welding like WPS, ITP Knowledge of carrying out Hydro test at Site / Fabrication Workshop Knowledge about Hot Bolting and minimum knowledge about the Torqueing sequence. Support the Foreman and Supervisors for site surveys. Assist the Foreman, Supervisors for preparing the drawings and BOM's Calculate the Dimensions required for Cutting and Rolling of Pipes /Fittings as per Drawing Awareness of hazards involved in hot works and welding, i.e., electric shocks, confined spaces, fumes. Knowledge of tools, PPE and equipment's at site. Knowledge of understanding the types of permits required to carry out different operations at site. Proper communication with the Line Supervisor / Foreman

Desired Qualification: Secondary school leaving certificate (10 years of school education) Completion of industrial trade such as welder, fabricator, or fitter. Minimum 5 years' experience as Pipe Fabricator in the Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry offshore.
