We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced A/C Duct Fabricator to join our team. As an A/C Duct Fabricator at our company, you will play a vital role in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of HVAC duct systems within our diverse range of interior projects. Responsibilities:
- Fabricate HVAC ducts and components based on project specifications and technical drawings.
- Fabricate steel and other metal parts according to blueprints
- Lay out cutting lines, Measure and mark sheet metal for cutting, shaping, and forming into ductwork.
- Use measuring tools to inspect work, use various tools and equipment, such as shears, brakes, rollers, and spot welders, to shape and assemble duct components.
- Fitting, welding and sanding fabricated steel items
- Weld, rivet, and seal duct sections to create airtight connections and joints.
- Install and secure fabricated ducts and fittings within designated areas, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
- Collaborate with project managers, A/C Technicians, and other skilled laborers to ensure seamless integration of fabricated ducts with HVAC systems.
- Perform inspections and quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of fabricated ductwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow established safety protocols and adhere to local codes and regulations related to duct fabrication and installation.
- Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on duct fabrication projects.
- Proven experience as an A/C Duct Fabricator, preferably in the interior design and construction industry. Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC duct systems, sheet metal fabrication, and duct installation methods.
- Familiarity with local HVAC and building codes in Dubai, Ajman, Abudhabi UAE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Must be in UAE, Preferably on a visit visa.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Good oral and written communication skills required.
