. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Fabricate metal components and structures using MIG and TIG welding techniques (steel, aluminum, and stainless steel).
Cut, bend, shape, and assemble materials as required.
Use tools such as grinders, cutters, torches, and measuring instruments.
Perform welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead).
Inspect welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance with industry standards.
Ensure proper setup and maintenance of welding equipment and tools.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality control teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a MIG/TIG welder and metal fabricator.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
Familiarity with different types of metals and fabrication processes.
Strong understanding of welding safety practices and codes.
Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
Good attention to detail and craftsmanship.
