Job Description

We're hiring a Fabricatorwith strong experience in welding and a solid background in general metal fabrication. If you know your way around a welding torch and can turn raw metal into precise, clean, and structurally sound parts -- this is the job for you.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel -- with a focus on clean, strong, cosmetically appealing welds Execute MIG and Stick welding as needed, depending on material and project requirements Fabricate and assemble metal components from blueprints or drawings using layout, cutting, fitting, and welding techniques Operate standard metalworking tools and machinery: grinders, saws, brakes, shears, drill presses, etc. Perform both structural and cosmetic welds -- from heavy-duty frames to intricate brackets and enclosures Maintain weld integrity and appearance with consistent technique and attention to detail Conduct visual inspections and, when required, use measuring tools to verify tolerances Assist in quality control and revisions based on client or engineering feedback
What We're Looking For:

2-5 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience Strong TIG welding skills -- clean welds on thin and thick materials Familiarity with MIG and Stick welding processes Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead) Experience with both small-scale and large-scale fabrication Can read and follow blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders Safety-first mindset and knowledge of shop safety procedures Able to work with minimal supervision and meet production deadlines
