Supervise and guide fabricators, welders, and helpers in day-to-day operations.
Review technical drawings, blueprints, and work specifications.
Plan, allocate, and monitor fabrication work to meet project timelines.
Ensure all fabrication work meets quality and safety standards.
Conduct material checks and coordinate with the procurement team.
Train and motivate team members to improve efficiency and workmanship.
Report progress and issues to the production or project manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in steel fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
UAE experience preferred.
