Key Responsibilities
:
Supervise and lead a team of steel fabricators.
Work hands-on to fabricate and install gates, handrails, doors and other metalwork.
Read and follow technical drawings.
Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
Make sure all work is done on time and meets quality standards.
Coordinate with the project manager to solve technical issues on-site and in the workshop.
Requirements
:
Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication and installation.
Strong hands-on experience.
Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
Good leadership skills.
