Ensure sufficient task analysis are completed to carry workout safely. \xe2\x99\xa6 Ensure all direct laboring control work to safe working procedures and systems. \xe2\x99\xa6 Co-ordinate and allocate work to trade employees in accordance with directions. \xe2\x99\xa6 Request equipment, materials and consumables as required within limits of authority. \xe2\x99\xa6 Monitor the use of materials and care of equipment and plant to minimize waste and damage. \xe2\x99\xa6 Prepare short-term schedule sat an agreed frequency I e daily and weekly. \xe2\x99\xa6 Ensure that all mechanical labor is constantly employed efficiently and effectively. \xe2\x99\xa6 Provide leadership and direction to assigned labor. \xe2\x99\xa6 Refer disciplinary action to the Workshop Manager. \xe2\x99\xa6 Ensure that work is performed as per Job Cards or ITP\xe2\x80\x99s and current schedule of works. \xe2\x99\xa6Ensureallworkiscarriedouttoqualityandspecificationrequirementsandthatdocumentationiscom- plated on time. \xe2\x99\xa6 Daily time cards are completed accurately and on time. Ensure housekeeping is ongoing by maintaining clean and safe work place. \xe2\x99\xa6 Enforce safety rules through on going communication and Toolbox meetings.
