Job Description

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a talented and experienced fabrication engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering and the experience he is handling, having worked with Steel, Stainless Steel, and cast Aluminium. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. s
  • The fabrication engineer has to identify the gate estimated cost and specify the absolute requirements (labor and materials) for a project.
  • The fabrication engineer has to develop and implement a schedule that allows the team to execute all the tasks within a specified timeline.
  • He should put forth his efforts to research the various materials and vendors in the market. He negotiates with the vendors and places orders as per the project requirement.
  • He is in charge of testing raw materials and provides details of the purchase to the finance department.
  • The fabrication engineer follows a certain set of tests to identify the strength and durability of the materials to be used in the production of fabricated products.
  • Keep a track of the project report and investigate matters that may cause a delay in the project.
  • Resolves any issues faced during the installation and reports the unresolved issues to the authorities and assists in the investigation to identify possible solutions.
  • Responsible for documenting the project details and provide detailed information regarding all the phases of the projects.
  • The engineer is also required to execute certain administrative tasks.
  • Prepare records, make payments, schedule meetings with clients, or assist in other aspects of administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications Degree in engineering, the relevant license may be required, Experience with CAD software,Proficiency in MS Office,Proven experience in the engineering field, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, Strong leadership abilities,Product Knowledge,Use & Care of Equipment,Understanding Safety Procedures,Technical Skills for Drawing & Interpreting Plans, Time Management,Objection Prevention,Objection Handling,Demo Skills.
