Job Description

The Role

We are currently seeking a Facade/Cladding Manager for our client, a contracting company with one of the country's leading master developers. With a solid pipeline of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, the role will oversee the execution of complex facade systems from design coordination through to installation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of facade and cladding works on major projects. - Coordinate with design consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate facade design development. - Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with project specifications and aesthetic requirements. - Manage installation processes on-site, ensuring quality control, safety, and schedule adherence. - Interface regularly with the client, project management teams, and the master developer's representatives. - Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues. - Monitor subcontractor performance and manage contract deliverables.



Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. - Experienced in facade/cladding management (European project experience will be advantageous) - Proven experience with high-rise or large-scale projects under a Tier 1 or 2 contracting company - Strong understanding of facade systems: aluminum, curtain wall, ACP, GRC, GFRC, natural stone, etc. - Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
