Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Facade Planning Engineer

to manage planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for facade projects. The role requires close coordination with design, procurement, fabrication, and site teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery in line with contractual and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules for facade works using Primavera P6 / MS Project. Establish baseline programs, resource-loaded schedules, and cash flow forecasts. Monitor project progress and identify delays; prepare recovery and mitigation plans. Coordinate with project managers, facade designers, factory, procurement, and site teams. Track facade-specific activities including design approvals, material procurement, fabrication, testing, delivery, and installation. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients. Support delay analysis, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims when required. Attend progress and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Ensure planning schedules align with contractual milestones and authority requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

5-10 years

of experience as a Planning Engineer in

facade or aluminum projects

(mandatory). Strong understanding of facade systems, fabrication processes, and installation sequencing. Proficiency in

Primavera P6

(mandatory); MS Project is an advantage. Experience working on UAE or GCC projects.
