Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and service-oriented F&B Attendant to serve beverages and light refreshments to clients visiting our Sales Gallery. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service with attention to detail, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival at the Sales Gallery.
Prepare and serve a selection of beverages (e.g., tea, coffee, juices, bottled water, etc.) in accordance with quality and hygiene standards.
Ensure the refreshment area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Present beverages in a professional, elegant manner to align with the companys brand image.
Support the guest experience team by attending to any client needs or special beverage requests.
Follow proper hygiene, health, and safety procedures during service.
Assist in setting up and clearing refreshments before and after client appointments or events.
Coordinate with pantry or kitchen staff for replenishments or special orders.
Maintain knowledge of beverage menu and make suggestions based on guest preferences.
Report any service issues, equipment malfunctions, or supply shortages to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a hospitality, hotel, or F&B service environment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Neat and professional appearance.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and beverage service standards.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
