Position Overview
Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City is seeking an F and B Server for the In Room Dining team. The role focuses on delivering timely, high-quality food and beverage service directly to guest rooms while maintaining brand standards, professional service etiquette, and strong guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain full knowledge of all room service menu items and minibar offerings
Understand hotel layout and room locations for efficient service delivery
Prepare the outlet for service by organizing equipment, glassware, flatware, and supplies
Check storage areas for proper stock levels, cleanliness, and organization
Ensure trays, carts, amenities, and set-ups are always guest ready
Follow proper telephone etiquette when taking guest orders
Collect food from the kitchen and verify correct preparation and presentation
Deliver food and beverage orders promptly while ensuring temperature and quality standards
Serve beverages properly with correct glassware and garnishes
Check in with guests to confirm satisfaction and additional needs when required
Remove trays and trolleys from hallways promptly
Assist with supervisory tasks when needed
Anticipate guest needs and act proactively
Report equipment issues or breakages
Maintain excellent grooming standards and comply with hotel attendance policies
Perform additional duties assigned by the Manager
