Minimum
CACHE Level 3
or equivalent qualification inEarly Years / Montessori Education
.Expert-level knowledge of Phonics
(letter sounds, blending, segmenting, and reading readiness). Strong understanding of theEYFS Framework
and child developmental milestones. Minimum2 years of teaching experience
in a nursery or early years setting within the UAE (preferred).Bilingual candidates (English + Arabic / Hindi / Tagalog)
are highly preferred. Excellent communication, classroom management, and child engagement skills. Must holdattested educational certificates
and beeligible for SPEA approval
.Core Responsibilities
Plan and deliver
interactive lessons
integratingphonics, literacy, numeracy, and sensory learning
. Conductdaily observations and progress assessments
as per EYFS standards. Create engaging, age-appropriate activities to support allseven areas of learning
. Implementstructured phonics sessions
to enhance early reading and pronunciation skills. Designthematic displays, learning corners, and activity setups
promoting creativity and exploration. Collaborate closely withteaching assistants and management
for smooth classroom operations. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and wellbeing.Walk-in Interviews:
