Job Description
Provide personalized and attentive service to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable lenses and products. Promote the benefits of products to encourage purchases. Manage and control store inventory effectively. Achieve monthly sales targets. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store. Follow up with customers to build loyalty and ensure satisfaction.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or currently pursuing university studies. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. Experience in an optical store is preferred. Proactive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
