Responsibilities
Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to individual client preferences.
Eyelash lifting
Eyelash Tinting
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all clients feel valued and cared for during their visit.
Upsell additional services and products that complement the eyelash extensions, enhancing the overall client experience.
Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organised front desk area.
Assist with guest services, addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Engage in social media management to promote services, share client transformations, and attract new clientele.
Skills
Proven experience in eyelash extensions is essential; certification or training in this area is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a genuine approach to client needs.
Experience in front desk operations or guest services is an advantage.
Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes.
Additional skills in barbering or deep tissue massage would be beneficial but are not required.
