Looking for an Eyelash Technician who is an expert in everything related to Eyelashes.
Responsibilities
Build rapport with clients to retain them.
Providing high-quality eyelash extensions based on clients' preferences.
Recommend eyelash style to match client's needs and personal style
Evaluating the condition of clients' eyelashes and suggesting proper care to be taken
Make sure our working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times
Begin and end all treatments within the scheduled time frame, as well as recommend products for home use or self-care
Requirements
Hands-on experience with eyelash extension
Knowledge of beauty products and trends
Ability to provide personalized services based on each client's requirements
In-depth knowledge of eyelash extension and lashlift techniques.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience performing a wide variety of
Flexibility: Eyelash extension services may be required during weekends and evenings, and holidays; therefore, technicians must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
