This graduate opportunity within EY Consulting is tailored for you. You will receive mentorship while collaborating with diverse and supportive project teams that will encourage your learning and foster your growth. Your role will involve contributing to various aspects of projects, such as analyzing client data and engaging in client interviews. By working closely with clients, you will gain insights into their unique challenges and help identify actionable solutions. • Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree completed within the past 24 months of applying to the graduate program.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior,Industrial Engineering, Business administration or related field of study with strong academic credentials
• Proficient in Arabic and English language skills.
• Strong Business Acumen
• Nationals will only be considered.
• Must be willing to travel across MENA most of the time.

What you can expect:

Upon passing the assessments, you will receive an invitation for an initial interview.
