to join our Procurement Department for ongoing construction projects in Qatar
Job Summary:
Responsible for local purchasing activities, supplier follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery of approved materials to construction sites across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily follow-ups with local suppliers, workshops, and factories
Execute purchase orders as instructed by the procurement department
Coordinate deliveries to site and follow up on urgent material requirements
Visit suppliers for inspections, samples, mockups, and documentation collection
Coordinate transportation, delivery notes, and site receiving procedures
Ensure materials delivered comply with approvals and purchase orders
Support site teams with urgent and miscellaneous purchases
Maintain good working relationships with suppliers in the Qatari market
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred)
4-6 years of experience in purchasing within Qatar
Strong knowledge of Doha and local industrial areas
Ability to handle urgent site requirements
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Valid
Qatar driving license (mandatory)
