1. Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters, ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements. 2. Lead and supervise audit teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members. 3. Develop audit plans and strategies, including risk assessment and allocation of resources. 4. Review audit workpapers, reports, and findings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures. 5. Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and insights to clients and senior management. 6. Collaborate with clients to address audit issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. 7. Monitor and evaluate audit processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as needed. 8. Stay abreast of industry developments, trends, and best practices in auditing and accounting standards. 9. Foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and innovation within the audit team. 10. Manage client relationships, anticipate their needs, and deliver exceptional service to meet their expectations. Job Type: Full-time
