Exterior Architect
Job Description
An Exterior Designer is urgently needed, he has to create the aesthetic and functional appearance of the outside of buildings and landscapes, collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to design facades, roofs, outdoor spaces, and landscaping that are visually appealing and integrate with the overall project vision. Responsibilities include developing concepts, creating detailed architectural layouts and 3D models using software like AutoCAD and 3ds Max, and selecting materials, while ensuring environmental impact, aesthetics, and functionality are considered. Key Responsibilities
Design Development
:Conceptualize, develop, and detail building facades, cladding, roofs, and outdoor spaces.Material Selection
:Choose appropriate materials for exterior finishes, landscaping, and structural components.Technical Drawings & Models
:Create architectural layouts, 3D models, and renderings using design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp.Collaboration
:Work with architects, engineers, interior designers, and project managers to ensure designs are integrated and cohesive.Client Communication
:Discuss client visions and ensure designs meet their aesthetic and functional needs.Site Integration
:Ensure the design complements the surrounding architecture and landscape.Required Skills & Qualifications
Design Software Proficiency
: Expertise in software like AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona).3D Visualization
: Ability to create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations.Technical Knowledge
: Understanding of building materials, facade systems, landscaping, and project specifications.Collaboration Skills
: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Creativity & Aesthetics
: Strong artistic and architectural skills to create visually appealing and functional spaces.Communication Skills
