Job Summary

The Export Supervisor reporting to the Import/Export Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day to day leadership of a team of Transport Coordinator engaged in the processing and management of Import shipments for our customer population, ensuring that outstanding service is provided to all customers both internal/external and maintaining productive and professional relationships with international and domestic customers/affiliates.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for working closely with all of our support and operations departments across the country and ensure the team operates consistently during the receiving and processing of information and files from domestic and international affiliates/customers related to Export shipments. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring that the Export team communicates this information to affiliates, customer service, governmental agencies etc. and coordinates pick up with Incorporated and domestic operations.
