Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Export Sales Person to join our team. As an Export Sales Person, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business globally. This position requires a candidate who preferably knows Arabic language, has a strong sales acumen, and is willing to travel outside the UAE for work purposes. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's international presence.
- Actively seek out potential clients, build relationships, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the sales coordination team, production, and dispatch departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in export sales or international business development.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking clients.
- Willingness to travel outside the UAE for business purposes.
- Knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and compliance standards is advantageous.
