? Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a strategic export sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, target, and onboard new distributors, importers, and key clients in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing overseas partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential markets for our food products.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales strategy.
Export Process Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end export order process, from inquiry to delivery.
  • Prepare, check, and manage all export documentation (e.g., Certificates of Origin, Health Certificates, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices) ensuring full compliance with international regulations.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) and apply them correctly in contracts.
  • Liaise with international logistics partners, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
Internal Coordination & Support:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, finance, and quality assurance to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide sales forecasts and market feedback to the planning and production teams.
  • Represent the voice of the international customer within the organization.
? Qualifications & Experience:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in export sales, specifically within the Food, FMCG, or Agri-commodities sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing international markets. Experience in specific regions (e.g., GCC, Africa, Asia, Europe) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, and international trade compliance (e.g., LC procedures, customs regulations).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with international logistics, shipping, and a solid grasp of Incoterms 2020.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
