The Role
: The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the international market for GRC/GRP products. This is an individual contributor role and involves working closely with international distributors and customers to increase sales and market share. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in international markets especially UK, Europe, and Saudi Arabia \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain relationships with key international distributors and customers in the industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct market research to identify new international business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competition \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and manage budgets for export sales and marketing activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and export compliance, to ensure smooth operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate and close international sales deals \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide assistance with product technical specifications and compliance with international regulations

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in international business, marketing, or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in export sales management, preferably in the GRC/GRP products industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and team management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and a second language \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to travel internationally as needed The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for advancement within the company.
