Position Overview: As an Export Sales Manager for Seafood/Meat Retail Sales and Distribution, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to drive sales of seafood and meat products in international markets (GCC). You will be responsible for managing the export sales team, identifying potential markets, establishing distribution networks, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to penetrate international markets for seafood and meat products. - Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competition. - Set sales targets and objectives in alignment with overall company goals. 2. Business Development: - Identify and evaluate potential customers and distributors in target markets. - Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. - Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and generate leads. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. 3. Sales Management: - Lead, mentor, and manage the export sales team, providing guidance and support. - Set sales targets for individuals and the team, and monitor performance against targets. - Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the team\'s skills and product knowledge. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team members. 4. Contract Negotiation and Management: - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers and distributors. - Review and analyze sales contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. - Collaborate with the legal department to resolve any legal or contractual issues. 5. Logistics and Supply Chain: - Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. - Monitor inventory levels and manage product allocations to meet customer demands. - Resolve any shipment or delivery issues in coordination with relevant departments. 6. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - 5 to 10 years of proven experience in export sales management, preferably in the seafood or meat industry / value added products in GCC. - Strong knowledge of international sales and distribution processes. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Arabic Speakers Preferred - Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively. - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools. - Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation. - Willingness to travel internationally (GCC Countries) as required.
