to join our Sharjah team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in export sales or telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage international clients.
Arabic and Farsi speakers are highly preferred
to support regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new international clients via calls, emails, and online channels.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and coordinate shipping documentation.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems.
Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of export sales or telesales experience.
Proficiency in English; Arabic and Farsi preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of export documentation and international trade practices is a plus.
