Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Executive with fluent Russian language skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new export sales opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new export sales opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the CIS region.
3. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the CIS market.
5. Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the management team.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing.
7. Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
8. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and changes in international trade regulations.
9. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics.
Requirements
1. 1-2 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
2. Fluent in Russian language.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Degree in Equivalent field
