1) Identify new markets for the sale and distribution of CRUNCHOS based on opportunity and viability
2) Prepare Exports budget and annual forecast for his function to ensure Revenue and gross profit targets for the company are achieved
3) Address new opportunities to achieve more sales / business.
4) Coordinate with other functions of the business to ensure smooth execution of the plan
5) Prepare the Sole Distributorship Agreements (in cooperation with legal department) in accordance to mutual agreements to control company liability
6) Meeting export customers within U.A.E. & abroad for business development.
7) Coordinate with the top management in setting and reviewing prices, strategy and implementation to improve the gross profit and maximize competitiveness.
8) Update best practices in the Export sales system to continuously build efficiencies and productivity
9) Coaches his team to support the front line and maximize performance (i.e. set performance standards, and clarify roles.)
10) Role Models and drives HR processes and tools to ensure value is delivered up through the frontline
11) Ensure proper manpower planning for optimum usage of people and resources
12) Ensure business relations with key clients are strong to grow the business
13) Leads the creation of a positive, productive and conducive work environment that attracts and retains quality employees
Requirements
BA in a relevant field
3-5 years experience in sales in KA Market
5-10 years experience in a related industry
Fluent written and spoken Arabic & English.
Strong presentation skills and computer skills
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Strong planning skills
Well presented, with a pleasant and confident manner
UAE driving license
