highly experienced Female Logistics Coordinator
to manage and streamline our
export documentation and logistics operations
.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
export documentation
for shipments to
US, UK, India, and GCC countries
, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Mandatory:
Expertise in
Sharjah Airport Free Zone (SAIF Zone) and Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) customs documentation, clearance processes, and regulations
.
Coordinate with
shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
to ensure smooth export operations.
Prepare and verify
shipping documents
such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, and other required paperwork.
Monitor shipments, track delivery schedules, and resolve any delays or customs-related issues.
Ensure adherence to
export regulations, INCOTERMS, and country-specific compliance requirements
.
Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Maintain and update records of all
logistics transactions, shipping schedules, and cost analysis
.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Proven experience in
export logistics and documentation
, with hands-on knowledge of
SAIF Zone and JAFZA customs clearance procedures
.
Strong knowledge of
international shipping regulations, customs clearance procedures, and trade documentation
.
Experience in working with
freight forwarders, shipping lines, and regulatory bodies
.
Proficiency in
logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
