We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven

Export director

to lead and expand our international export operations and strengthen our global presence.

Develop and implement export strategies to grow international sales and enter new markets Manage and expand the global distributor and dealer network Oversee all export operations including pricing, contracts, logistics, documentation, and compliance Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with international clients Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in target regions Coordinate closely with production, logistics, finance, and marketing teams Lead negotiations with distributors, agents, and key accounts Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and export controls Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings Prepare export sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for top management

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience

in export sales or international business, preferably in

cutting and grinding discs, abrasives, or industrial products

Strong knowledge of international markets, export procedures, and logistics

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills

Ability to build and manage international distribution networks

Strong analytical and commercial mindset

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (other languages are an advantage)

Willingness to travel internationally as required

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field (MBA is an advantage)

Start: Immediately
Job Type: Full-time, 2-year contract
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-20:00 with 1-hour break
Work Location: Dubai branch office
Holiday: 15 working days per year, but only after 6 months of working and after approval from your manager.
