The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Assist and support customers through order management, providing product information, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
Manage complaints through to resolution in line with company policy.
Receive and process orders to the system accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and relevant documentation.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries.
Support sales team with product-related queries.
Manage 3rd party service providers for delivery queries and issues.
