You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Masdar by championing our workforce planning and budgeting initiatives. You will craft and implement a dynamic workforce planning framework that aligns with our strategic vision and fuels our growth, both locally and across our regional offices. As the driving force behind our annual manpower budgets, you\'ll factor in turnover, business expansion, and skill requirements, ensuring our team has the resources needed to excel. Your expertise will be instrumental in monitoring our performance against these budgets and supporting critical financial decisions that impact our entire organisation. Performance Tracking
  • Monitor financial performance against the P&C manpower budget.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to create and manage manpower budgets.
Cost and Analysis
  • Perform cost and other analyses related to contingent staff and framework agreements.
Workforce Planning
  • Manage the annual workforce planning process.
  • Use HR analytics and workforce data for trend analysis and talent gap identification.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies.
Data Analysis
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify staffing trends and forecast workforce needs.
Talent Allocation and Risk Assessment
  • Determine resource allocation needs in collaboration with department heads and project managers.
  • Anticipate and mitigate workforce risks, addressing potential challenges proactively.
Contribution to Emiratization
  • Contribute to Masdar\xe2\x80\x99s Emiratization strategy and programs.
Reporting
  • Complete relevant reports comprehensively, accurately, and timely.
Stakeholder Management
  • Manage relationships with service level providers.
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or relevant Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Additional Information

Preferred Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in workforce planning and budgeting in large organizations
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition and resource allocation preferably in fast paced organizations
