SolutionArchitect should be expertise in Requirement Assessment, Solution Design,Development, deployment and support. Should have the ability to understand userRequirements, System functionality effective communication and smooth releasesof products/Application to enhance the customer experience and meet theorganization goals.
Responsibilities
1. Overall 10+ years of experiencein IT and 8 Years of experience in Architect role.
2. Expertise in Requirementgathering, Assessment, effort estimation and sizing
3. Expertise in EAI domain usingSOA standards and ESB/BPM design patterns
4. Good exposure to Telecombusiness and systems. Exposure to ODA, TMF APIs.
5. Perform solution and designactivities using TIBCO and API Management ( APIGEE) products:
6. TIBCO BW, EMS, Administrator,AMX SB, BPM, Spotfire, API Exchange, Adapters, etc... And IBM BPM products
7. Conduct detailed architecturaldiscussions with Business, clients and vendors owning all technical aspects ofprocess
8. Prepare Interface specificationand system requirement documents
9. Provide technical justificationand defend proposal
10. Advise on architecturalconfiguration
11. Delivery of Proof of Concepts
12. Build relationships within theinternal team to ensure close liaison and teamwork
13. Build relationships, enable andwork with our partners to find and realize opportunities
14. Contribute to ESB/BPM Center ofExcellence by producing Integration Reference Architecture and development bestpractices
15. Work closely with leadarchitect/Managers for architecture planning and execution
16. Work with EnterpriseArchitecture and End-to-End Solution teams for To Be Architecture planning andagreement
17. Assess ESB/BPM impact andprovide effort estimation for business proposals
18. Prepare interfacespecifications and service specifications and drive the sign off process
19. Guide design and developmentteam for efficient software design
20. Support IT operations forproduction issues and rollout
Minimum Requirement
1. Rich experience in IntegrationTIBCO Suite, BPM (Optional) Requirementgathering, Solution design Assessment, effort estimating and sizing
2. Have good planning andorganization skills to work with a high-performance team
