Job Description

We are looking for an expert and talented Salesforce developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements who has a minimum 2 years experience in Salesforce Development. As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors. To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company. The potential candidate must also be able to shape our salesforce partner community and design business processes to facilitate our sales team. The developer is expected to undertake API Integration work with our websites, and design logic and business processes within the salesforce partner community ecosystem. The developer should have an understanding on how to design custom aura/lwc components and strong understanding of apex language.
Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.

• Creating timelines and development goals.

• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.

• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.

• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.

• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

Salesforce Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.

• Previous work experience with application and software development.

• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.

• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.

• Working knowledge of mavensMate or eclipse.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.

• Ability to project manage.

• Salesforce [enter your Salesforce products e.g. Sales Cloud] product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience,

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I,

• Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.

Desirable:

• Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I,

• Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience.

• PD1 Certified (Compulsary) and PD2 Certified (Nice to Have)

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesRequired:

• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java,

• General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript,

• A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices,

• Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications,

• Experience working with large data sets and bulkification,

• Soft skills: the ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.
