We are a Contracting Company Located In Dubai, Al Quoz4, looking for a dependable and skilled
Multi-Skilled Technician
with solid hands-on experience in general maintenance, MEP works, and handyman services. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing a wide range of repair, installation, and preventive maintenance tasks with high quality and professionalism.Key Responsibilities
Conduct
preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance
for Villas. Diagnose and repair issues related to:Electrical
(lighting, switches, sockets, basic wiring, DB issues)Plumbing
(leaks, blockages, fixture installations)HVAC
(filter replacement, minor troubleshooting)Carpentry & Joinery
(doors, hinges, locks, cabinets, frames)Painting, tiling, gypsum repairs, and surface finishing
General handyman tasks
and fixture installations Assist withinstallation and replacement
of appliances, equipment, and fittings. Ensure compliance withUAE safety standards
and company procedures. Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders efficiently. Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure work areas are kept clean and safe.Requirements
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
as a Multi-Skilled Technician (UAE experience preferred). Practical knowledge ofelectrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil maintenance
. Ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service attitude. Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks. He Must Hold Valid UAEdriving license
