Plan, coordinate, and execute events including workshops, private celebrations, brand activations, and experiential programs from concept to closure.
Manage end-to-end event operations: setup, live execution, guest experience, and breakdown.
Act as the
primary point of contact
for clients during events, ensuring flawless delivery and satisfaction.
Oversee themed decor, activities, programming, and on-ground coordination aligned with brand aesthetics.
Client Management & Sales Support
Promote and sell event packages, workshops, and experiences, meeting assigned revenue and booking targets.
Guide clients through bookings, customization options, and upselling of value-added services.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle customer inquiries professionally, maintaining a luxury service standard.
Program & Concept Development
Contribute to the creation of new event concepts, themed experiences, workshops, and packages based on market trends.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure concepts are both engaging and commercially viable.
Operations, Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate booking records, contracts, schedules, and client databases.
Prepare sales performance reports, event feedback summaries, and post-event evaluations.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, creative) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Assist with budgeting, vendor sourcing, supplier coordination, and cost control.
Team & On-Ground Coordination
Support staff scheduling, briefing, and supervision during events.
Ensure health, safety, and service standards are followed at all times.
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff where required.
Required Background & Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
as an Events Coordinator / Events Executive / Events & Sales Associate.
Must be from the same or closely related industry

Experiential spaces or museums
Hospitality & lifestyle brands
Wellness, leisure, or premium customer-experience businesses
Proven experience handling
live events, client interaction, and on-ground execution

Experience in
sales support, bookings, and upselling
is highly preferred.
UAE experience is a strong advantage.
