Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for the automotive industry and a sharp eye for sourcing high-quality pre-owned vehicles? hiCar, Dubai's leading approved pre-owned car showroom, is looking for an Experienced Vehicle Purchase Manager to join our dynamic team and drive excellence in our acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all vehicle procurement operations across UAE markets.
Source and evaluate pre-owned vehicles from individual sellers, trade-ins, auctions, and B2B partners.
Negotiate purchase prices to ensure profitability while maintaining high quality standards.
Maintain and expand relationships with dealers, leasing companies, and fleet operators.
Analyze market trends and inventory performance to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
Ensure all acquisitions meet hiCar's strict inspection and certification criteria.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure stock aligns with demand.
Manage a team of purchasing professionals to drive performance and maximise profits
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle purchasing, preferably in the GCC region.
Strong network of industry contacts in UAE used car market.
Deep understanding of car valuation, depreciation, and inspection criteria.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license.
Able to manage a team of purchasing professionals to push them to the limits and drive success and profitability
