We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our prestigious restaurant branches. The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring cost control and profitability. Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create promotional campaigns and special offers. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative practices to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry. Exceptional leadership and management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A deep passion for food and customer service. A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
