. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in grilling a variety of steaks to perfection, maintaining consistency, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Grill steaks to order (rare, medium, well-done, etc.) with precision and consistency
Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and cooking techniques
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the grilling and kitchen area
Monitor and maintain grill equipment, reporting any issues promptly
Collaborate with kitchen staff and follow kitchen protocols
Uphold food safety standards at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a steak griller or in a similar grilling role
Deep understanding of steak cuts and grilling techniques
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work in a high-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Applicants must be willing to travel to or relocate to Baniyas, Abu Dhabi
