Job Title: Salon Stock Controller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Salon Stock Controller to manage our inventory and ensure the smooth operation of our salon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of stock management, ordering procedures, and inventory control.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain salon inventory, including products, tools, and supplies.
Monitor stock levels and reorder items as needed.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
Organize and store inventory in an efficient and accessible manner.
Conduct regular stock takes and inventory audits.
Track and report on inventory levels, usage, and costs.
Identify and address any discrepancies in inventory.
Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Stock Controller, preferably in a salon or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to use inventory management software and systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
