Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer to manage company leads, inspections and Client management for projects from inspection to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renovation projects, drawings and a proven track record of successfully executing renovation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads Management: M

anaging the company leads from the start. Making inspection, communicating with the customer and creating the BOQ.

Project Planning:

Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline. Ensure that all project objectives are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.

Design Review:

Review architectural and structural plans to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Make recommendations for improvements and cost-saving measures.

Construction Supervision:

Oversee all aspects of construction, including site preparation, foundation work, structural modifications, and interior finishes. Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring it meets the company's standards and specifications.

Budget Management:

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project execution. Identify potential cost overruns and implement corrective actions.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Foster a collaborative work environment.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project files. Ensure that all required permits and approvals are obtained.

Quality Control:

Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.

Risk Assessment:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns. Proactively address any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management. Experience in managing the company leads, Inspection, BOQ, quotation and customer relation management. Strong knowledge of materials, and building codes. Proficiency in project management software and tools including drawings and Autocad 3D. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Fitout/Civil: 5 years (Preferred)
