We are looking for experienced Females as Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team and capitalize on Dubai's thriving property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals efficiently. Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, new projects, and competitive developments. Collaborate with the in house marketing team to leverage branding and lead-generation campaigns. Maintain an organized database of leads and clients using the CRM system. Represent the company professionally during client interactions, events, and property exhibitions. Collaborate with RMs to gain priority access to high demand projects and negotiate better terms or allocations n for clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate industry, Female candidates Up to date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and emerging opportunities. Strong core sales background with proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Proficiency in languages skills in English and Malayalam (Arabic is a plus). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
