Proven
real estate sales or leasing experience
in the Dubai market Confidence inclosing deals
Passion for real estate
and a commitment to a career in the industry Comfortable working in acommission-only structure
Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus) Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive marketKey Responsibilities
Manage the
full sales cycle
- from lead engagement and property presentations to negotiations and closings Leverage provided leads to build and maintain astrong sales pipeline
Deliver apersonalized, professional service
to all clients Collaborate with team members and management to improve performance Stay updated onDubai real estate trends
