Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales.
Guide clients through the entire buying and selling process, including property tours, negotiations, and contract signing.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market, pricing trends, and upcoming developments.
Develop personalized marketing strategies to promote listings and attract buyers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai preferred (1 year+).
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English required & Arabic or additional languages a plus.
