REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT (ALL LEVELS) Kennedy Property is a large multinational property-technology brokerage with offices in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. We have recently moved into new office space in Dubai Media City and are seeking real estate consultants with all levels of experience to join our growing team. Why Kennedy Property?

- Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 Commission starting at 50%
- Senior Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 Commission starting at 55%
- Associate Director \xe2\x80\x93 Commission starting at 60%
- Team Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Commission starting at 60% plus team override
- Off Plan Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 Commission up to 70%
- UAE real estate experience mandatory
- Open to candidates both from a brokerage or a developer
- Positive approach and high motivation levels required
- Listing Management \xe2\x80\x93 Working with the company database to engage with sellers and get their property online
- Lead Management \xe2\x80\x93 Once leads are generated, managing your prospects and moving them down the pipeline
- Viewings / Appointments \xe2\x80\x93 conducting property viewings and developer appointments with clients
- Offer & Negotiation \xe2\x80\x93 Working with both parties to agree deals
- Transaction Management \xe2\x80\x93 With company support, taking a deal from signing to final close.
- Dubaii Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
- Driving License (Preferred)
