Role Overview

The Experienced Real Estate Agent will oversee the full cycle of property transactions, from prospecting and client management to negotiation and closing. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the UAE real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage property listings, client inquiries, and end?to?end transaction processes. Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Negotiate offers and finalize agreements in accordance with company standards. Maintain up?to?date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, pricing, and regulations. Build and maintain long?term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred). Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record of closing deals and meeting performance targets. Professional appearance and customer?focused attitude. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
