Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in property sales and client management. The ideal candidate will be confident, results-driven, and passionate about real estate. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property listings and client portfolios
Conduct property viewings and negotiations
Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
